Shipping Address: IMPORTANT: Please provide a detailed shipping address, including suite number, floor, and/or an apartment number if applicable.
Shipping addresses that are incorrect or fail to include the floor/suite/apt # are subject to address correction charges imposed by the carrier, and will be billed back to your credit card or charged to your invoice.

International Orders (including Alaska and Hawaii): Additional shipping charges apply for orders shipping outside the continental United States, such as freight, duties, VAT, broker fees, etc. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days.
